THE PROCESS

Step 1: Book your editing appointment

After your submit a new client application and are accepted as a match, you'll be invited to book your editing appointments.

I take on a very limited number of galleries at a time so book your virtual editing appointment in advance online. Select the appointment date you would like me to begin editing your photos and plan to send your files over at least 3 days prior to your appointment.

Step 2: Prepare your gallery to be edited

Cull your images and create a new Lightroom catalogue which includes smart previews (Don't worry, this is easy and I have a video LINK that will show you exactly how!)

Edit 5-10 guide photos from the catalogue to demonstrate exactly how you would like them to look - OR - you can opt to have me create the guide photos for you in my signature style and send them to you for approval. 

These guide photos allow us to define how the edit will look in advance so you can be sure you will love the look of your edits before the work is done.

Export your catalog + zip the file (Don't worry, video will be included - I promise its simple!)  I will edit the smart previews in the catalog, so we do not send full RAW image files.

Step 2: Send your catalogue

I use WE TRANSFER, a large file transfer service to send/receive catalogs.

Step 3: Catalogue is edited

If you are having me create your guide images, I will edit 10 photos and send them to you for your approval before I proceed with editing the full set.

Editing takes 3-14 days depending on the size of the set and current workload/turnaround time. Please plan on a full 14 days for weddings with 500+ photos.

Step 4: Receive your completed Catalog

When editing is completed, you will be notified and invoiced. After payment is received, your edited catalog will be sent.  Simply open your catalog and export your images.
